Do you do custom orders?

We do not currently do custom prints or custom colors on any prints. We may eventually bring one or both back to the shop and we'll shout it from the rooftop! 

Where did the baby name/state-nation-continent love prints go?

Those, like the rest of our custom prints, are taking a little break for now. 

Do you do custom designs? Blogs? Wedding Invitations? Logos?

At this time, Jess isn't taking on additional projects. Thanks for your interest!

How do you recommend we use the monthly printable bundle?

If you have a good home printer, print on card stock with your color settings set to max dpi. Otherwise, you can get the entire bundle printed for about $5 at Staples or your local office supply or print shop.

Can you donate prints to my adoption/fundraiser/ministry?

We often can. Email Jacey at with the details of your mission or organization, and we'll let you know if we have an opening in our calendar!


Orders, Shipping, + Returns

Can you ship one order to two different addresses?

Unfortunately, we can't. It's confusing for our shipping system and we lose money on packaging + shipping. If you'd like an order to go to two different addresses, please place two different orders. 

I've forgotten to use my coupon code when I checked out, what do I do?

Email Alicia ASAP at! We'll include an 8X10 print of your choice in your order as a courtesy.

Can I get enlarged prints in the buy 3, get 1 free or buy 5, get 2 free deal?

Unfortunately not, but we do have 11X14 bundles available!

Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes! They are listed here.

Why hasn't the shipping information updated on my order?

Our system sends the shipping confirmation when we print a label, even if we don't ship that day. Wait a few days and check the tracking information again!

Where's my order?

Our processing time from time of order is 7-10 business days, plus ship time. If it's been more than two weeks since you placed your order, email us at so we can check on it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The checkout process for international orders is exactly the same as for U.S. orders.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If the product you received is incorrect, damaged or defected, please email Alicia at, and we will resolve the issue with you. Exchanges are resolved on a case by case basis.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. If there was an error in your order, let us know and we will correct it.
