POLICIES

Our 8x10 prints are lovingly and carefully printed on our professional grade inkjet printer in max DPI on high quality 110lb. white cardstock paper. They are designed to fit in standard 8x10 frames or in larger matted frames. 

We accept paypal payment only, but (don't worry!) it's super easy to set up a paypal account linked to your favorite debit or credit card. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be printed, processed, and shipped. It will then be mailed via USPS. We'll send your order in a protective stay-flat mailer and put a "do not bend" sticker on it, but if you have a habitual bender of a mailman/lady, you may want to warn them it's coming and to please not bend it! 

If you need items rushed, please email us at info@naptimediariesshop.com prior to placing your order so we can give you a quote for rush shipping based off of your needs. 

If you don't indicate a certain color on a print that has color choices, we will choose the first one shown. 

We do not offer cash refunds except for incredibly extreme circumstances. We will work as hard as we can within reason to make your order correct, leaving you fully satisfied! We will replace packages that are lost in the mail or incorrect for any reason.
